Delivery
What are your delivery conditions?
- Products offered for sale on our website are limited to stock availability. If the ordered product is out of stock, the customer will be informed. Upon the customer’s written request, an alternative product can be sent, or a refund can be issued.
- Products you order will be handed over to the shipping company within 7 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Estimated delivery times for shipments are 1 business day within Antalya and 2 to 4 business days for outside Antalya.
- Your orders will be delivered to the address you provide by the shipping company on weekdays between 09:00 and 18:00.
- If you are not available at the delivery address at the time of delivery, a notification note will be left by the courier, and your shipment will be delivered to the courier company’s distribution office. If the package is not collected within 3 business days, it will be returned to us. In such cases, you can contact us to request the reshipment of the product. If the product is not delivered to the customer under any circumstances, the order will be canceled, and the payment will be refunded. The company reserves the right to deduct the shipping fee.
What should I check during delivery?
Upon receiving the shipment, if there is any deformation, wetness, or damage to the box or package, we recommend opening the box with the courier agent and checking the products. If any damage is detected, you should not accept the delivery and request the courier to issue a damage report. Only products with an official report will be returned to us by the shipping company, and after verifying the damage during shipment, the products will be replaced.
Wrong Product in My Order
If the product you received does not match the one listed on your invoice, you can initiate the return process for the incorrect product(s) within 14 business days from the invoice date.
Return & Exchange Process
At loncastudio.com, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you would like to return or exchange a product, we will assist you as quickly as possible under the following conditions.
Return
What are your return conditions?
- The product must remain unused, in its original packaging, with its tags and logos intact, and in resellable condition.
- You can return products purchased from our website within 14 business days from the invoice date.
- Products customized or altered based on special requests or made specifically for the customer cannot be returned.
- Products meeting the above conditions should be returned with all accessories, the completed return form, and the invoice to the address below. Returns without an invoice will not be processed.

- If the invoice is issued to a company, the return must include a return invoice issued by your company excluding the shipping cost. Returns for orders invoiced to companies will not be accepted without a return invoice.
- Returns that do not comply with the above conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you as cash on delivery.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Once the return shipment reaches us, you will receive an email confirmation.
- After verifying compliance with the return conditions, accepted return requests will be refunded to your bank within 3 business days. Refunds for installment payments will be issued in installments by your bank. The refund process is entirely managed by your bank.
Exchange
How can I exchange the product I purchased?
We do not offer an exchange option for products sold on our website. However, you can return the product under the return conditions listed above and repurchase the desired product.
Can I exchange a damaged product?
If the product is damaged due to reasons other than user error, the product will be examined. Please email us your repair/exchange request along with photos of the product to info@loncastudio.com.
Please note that damages resulting from improper use (e.g., failure to follow care instructions, improper washing, or maintenance) will not be accepted. This includes but is not limited to shrinkage, tearing, melting, crushing, or breakage.
Once the damage has been approved for repair or exchange, we will contact you promptly to proceed.
Order Cancellation
How does the cancellation process work?
You can cancel your order within 3 days from the order date, provided the order has not yet been shipped. To request cancellation, please email info@loncastudio.com within the specified time.
If you miss the cancellation window, you can still utilize the return process, provided you meet the applicable return conditions.
How will I receive my refund for a canceled order?
If the cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed to your credit card. Refund timelines vary depending on bank processes. Installment payments will be refunded in installments by your bank. You can track the refund process through your bank.
If you made the payment via bank transfer, please send us your account details via email at info@loncastudio.com to initiate the refund.
